19. Commercial / Trade Purchases

20. Restocking Fees & Returns Handling

  • Handled correctly upon delivery

We accept no liability for damage caused after delivery due to improper storage or handling.

24. Limitation for High-Value Goods

Given the nature of marine engines and associated components:

  • We are not liable for indirect losses including downtime, loss of earnings, or project delays
  • We are not responsible for costs related to removal, reinstallation, or third-party labour

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods supplied.
